Horticulture in Pitlochry Past Review
By Emmi K (University of Minnesota - Twin Cities) - abroad from 06/01/2012 to 07/27/2012 with
Adelante: Edinburgh - Observation Assignments in Scotland
I gained a lot of practical experience and learned little tidbits along the way (not taught directly). It was worthwhile.

2.5. The U.K. is very expensive, especially with the currency conversion and conversion fees. Because food and travel was not included, budgeting was not impossible but not cheap. |

A Look Back
* What did you like most about the program? |
|
* What could be improved? |
|
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | I should have been more apt about exactly what I wanted out of my program. I did get a lot of practical, hands on experience, but it was in one area. In terms of gaining credit from a university, I should have asked for a specific project. |
