Yes, this was very worthwhile. This was the first time I had travelled alone to a foreign country, and I learned a lot of lessons about how to travel solo.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
We were provided with lots of resources for assistance throughout the program. However, there was a huge amount of variance in the difficulty level of the courses and abilities of the professors. For example, one class I took had an appropriate amount of work with a very competent professor, while my other course was incredibly basic and introductory (more so than how it was presented to us when registering), and the professor went out of town for two weeks in the middle of the course. |

The home we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, had plenty of space for all of us living together, and there were plenty of amenities for us to have a comfortable stay. |
