Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Fair workload, fair grading, amazing classes with Tom. One thing I hated was that our Italian teacher didn't make the tests herself so she never knew what was on them and we all felt a little unprepared for them.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

No problem with anyone from AIFS

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

A lot of our stuff was broken from the start and no one ever came to fix it

* Food:

Fend for yourselves

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Best experience I've ever had overall. Cinque Terre trip was amazing.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Doctor sucks

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Shop at COOP even if it's far. Don't waste your money on buying food at tourist cafes
