Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
The overall experience was amazing. The cultural exposure was excellent when coupled with the great hands-on education. However, scheduling was a problem academically. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
They were helpful and always ready to answer questions. They seemed to always be available |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
It was a fairly large room with a separate toilet and shower, desk, and bed. It was also a single room. |
* Food: |
They gave us a meal card, so no meals were specifically provided by the university. But the food in London was very good! |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I always felt like I was exposed to the culture. However, since I was always around Americans, I didn't get the social interactions with British people as I would have hoped. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
Insurance was covered by the program. I had no worries while over seas. |
* Safety: |
I always felt safe and secure. In case of emergency, I always knew who to contact and where. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | 150 pounds |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Go to market areas for souvenirs! You'll find that gifts are much cheaper there than in stores. Also, buy groceries instead going out to eat; you'll get more food for the dollar (or pound). |
