What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a lot about myself and how important it is for me to travel and get out of my comfort zone. I had never left home for more than a few weeks, and going half way across the world was a challenge, but one that was completely worthwhile. I had so much fun and was never homesick! AIFS was there along the whole way and was extremely helpful.

The classes were much harder than anticipated. There was not a lot of help from professors.

I loved every minute of my experience abroad. I made so many memories and friends to last a lifetime.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I would have been more conscious about my spending. Although I was prepared to spend a lot of money, I think I could have managed it better.
