"I am not the same having seen the moon shine on the other side of the world." Past Review
By A student (International Relations And Global Studies, Hamline University) - abroad from 08/29/2012 to 12/16/2012 with
AIFS: St. Petersburg - Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University
I can't even begin to explain how much I learned and how worthwhile it was. I learned how to effectively travel and sightsee, I significantly progressed in my Russian, I advanced in all my studies having learned "the abroad way," I learned to be "tough," and I grew as a person in ways I can't explain.

The Academic or LinguistYou went abroad with specific academic goals in mind; the program credentials and rigor of your coursework abroad were very important to you. You had a great time abroad, but never lost sight of your studies and (if applicable) were diligent with your foreign language study. Good for you! |
