It was worthwhile. I think it was one of the best things I have done for myself. I gained information about myself I didnt know I had and I know now I can do things on my own.

The work load was fine. What was difficult was finding resources for the research projects. I wish I would have had access to a library. Grading was fair and the professor were good. I especially liked my Arabic professor Dra. Manar and my Egyptology professor, Dr. Hasim. |

My resident director and his staff was amazing. Truly made the office feel like a home away from home. |

Apartment was located in a nice area in the city. I was accessible to public transportation. |

Food was fine because I was cooking it. I mean restaurants and food from Egypt is amazing. |

Going to Alexandria traveling through Egypt going to football games, cinemas, malls, opera houses, museums and more. AMAZING. |

A Look Back
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Sunblock, not hot clothing for the summer months but do bring a sweater because it does get chilly in the winter. |
