If you are planning holidays in Italy and you are in love with Italian food, you may well consider also including a food&wine experience in your tour.

Based in the heart of the Food Valley, ALMA is the perfect hub for a culinary vacation in Italy, discovering the gastronomical excellence of our country, both in class and travelling. 

ALMA offers A Taste of italy, a 1 week course which gives the opportunity to Food Lovers to have culinary experience during their vacations in Italy, thus enrich their tour of Italy. 
Above all, a different way to explore the country and to discover the excellences of Italian Gastronomy in a brand new way. 

The ALMA course A Taste Of Italy will also allow the students to have a direct touch of the school life-changing experience, therefore being preparatory to ALMA courses such as the Italian Culinary Program and the Italian Modern Pastry Program
