Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
|
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
The Administration was super helpful and answered any questions you had even if it wasn't about school! |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Housing was great for the price paid, the only problem I had was with the wifi sometimes! But it was a nice little apartment! |
* Food: |
For food you are in charge of your own food! So my food was delicious because I cooked it! |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
|
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
I didn't have any health issues while studying here |
* Safety: |
I always felt safe in Moss. I would walk home from the gym when it was dark and never felt scared. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
i would choose the same program because the small school and the small city it's located in made it easy to get to know people and get from place to place while not having a car. |
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
5. Things are a little more pricey in Norway but if you budget yourself it is easy to make it through the semester! You especially want to budget on trips you take to prevent yourself from overspending! |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Bring your razors, body soaps and lotions, personal care protects from the states because it is a lot cheaper there and you will get the brands you like then. Also eating in and not going out as much saves you a lot of money while studying in Norway. |

Reasons For Studying Abroad
To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you. |
The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |
