American College of Norway: The best semester of my life! Past Review
By Robert R (Political Science and Government., University of North Dakota) for
American College of Norway (ACN): Moss - Direct Enrollment & Exchange
After studying abroad, I have a much broader world view. I understand elements of different cultures that I never knew existed. Being abroad has made me a much more out-going people person. The friends and connections I made are those which will last a lifetime. Not a single day goes by where I don't talk to those friends and reminisce about the great times we had together.

Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
Being that the classes were mostly generals, the workload was not particularly heavy, which was a good thing because you had more time to learn about the culture. You really do do most of your learning outside of the classroom. |
* Host Country Program Administration

Very helpful administration who understood the difficulties associated with studying in a foreign country. |
* Housing:

|
* Food: |
There was no meal plan, students were responsible for buying and preparing their own food in the common kitchens. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:

Welcome weekend was a blast and a great way to make new friends. We also had movie nights, culture nights, and school barbeques. |

|

Moss Norway is honestly among the safest cities on earth. I felt entirely safe walking around the city/surrounding area at any time of the day. We never had any prevalent health issues. |

Yes
|
