By Emily Newton (Berea College) - abroad from 08/26/2017 to 12/19/2017 with
American University of Paris: Direct Enrollment & Exchange
What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Among other cultural differences, I have witnessed a very different medical system while France. This is interesting information to bring back t the US. The treatment of food and drink it also quite different. But the thing I most cherish, was the opportunity to be a foreigner and to learn a new language: it is like being given the oportuity to be a child again.
