Bocconi is a world-class research university of international standing in business, economics, and law. The university currently ranks 27th in the world in business and economics on the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for 2018. Bocconi was founded to help advance social and economic progress in Europe and globally.Today, Bocconi has a strong international orientation grounded in the university's core values of independence, integrity, openness, and social responsibility. Exchange students at the law school can take courses in intellectual property, finance, antitrust, investment, and administrative and regulatory law.
The School of Law aims to develop a set of skills and competencies that will allow graduates to not only deal with the competition for access to the legal profession (legal profession, the judiciary and notary services), but also to be able to effectively exercise their best future work.

The official language of instruction at Bocconi University is Italian, however courses for the exchange program are taught in English.
