Founded in 1398, Sungkyunkwan University is the oldest university in East Asia. Today, SKKU is a top ranked global university. It is currently ranked 82nd on the THE World University Rankings 2019. SKKU Law School seeks to train socially-minded legal professionals and establish global competency to further legal academic research. The Science and Technology Law Institute housed within the law school pursues research on advanced legal issues related to science and technology.

ContactThe official language of instruction at SKKU is Korean. The law school offers one or two law courses taught in English each semester.
SKKU also provides exchange students with two types of Korean Language Courses: RKP (Regular Korean Program) and RKP for Exchange Students. A tuition waiver is provided for both programs to all exchange students.
