It was absolutely worthwhile! I would do it again in a heartbeat! I learned so much and had a great time.

Great spacious accomidations in the middle of Cairo

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Overall I didnt feel extremely integrated with the local culture, however for the amount of time speng in the country it was absolutely the best I could have hoped for, we were integrated in our serve portion during our internships and got a solid amount of exposure to the local cultrue and students our age through the program.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Cairo is a big city and as a female student sometimes I felt uncomfortable but felt that AMIDEAST did a good job perparing us for this situation and did an excellent job setting themselves apart as an open institution that we could bring problems to if they arrose.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes
