Summer National Expedition and Internship: Per recommendations of CDC regulations regarding COVID-19, API will not be running this program in 2020. The National Expedition and Internship will take students across the North and South Islands of New Zealand followed by placement in an internship with an opportunity to work on real-world problems relevant to your degree. The key components of this program are a two-week study tour starting in June and a four-week internship in four different academic tracks to include Agriculture and Environment, Communication and Marketing, Creative Expression and Digital Media or Disaster Risk and Emergency Management. You’ll travel through some of the planet’s most spectacular scenery, immerse yourself in Kiwi culture, and see parts of New Zealand open only to locals, all while earning half a semester’s worth of credit toward your degree.
