overall really nice, however, -1.5 stars because rooms are of disproportionate sizes but you pay the same amount within the same apartment regardless of that

difficult to get appointments, didn't get issues resolved and was very ill for many weeks

i spent quite a bit but overall very cheap compared to prices in the US
