What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Completely worthwhile. I have always had a pretty good outlook on things going on outside of the states, but this trip gave me more of an understanding on perspective and independence.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I would like to have chosen to skip an outing or two and save the money spent on those and put them toward something I really had a desire to see. So, maybe made some outings optional...
