Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
Very challenging, but I learned and grew a lot. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
Good communication while there; could've given us more housing/orientation details beforehand. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Everyone had a single; safe; had to buy sheets/bedding and dishes, pots, etc., though a lot was borrowed as well. |
* Food: |
No meal plan; cooked for myself. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Several events were offered in which I chose not to participate due to costs. (Independently with friends: Apple Day at Borough Market, Guy Fawkes Day, outdoor markets, Trafalgar Day Parade, museums, half-price shows, Covent Garden, pubs, trips to Ediburgh, Paris, Versailles, and Disneyland Paris, Harry Potter premiere, parks, concerts) |
* Health Care:

|
* Safety: |
Neither were ever an issue. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
