What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Get to learn the UK education system, and living in London like a local student for a semester. I was also able to explore Europe a bit. I find it worthwhile.

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The housing for QMUL is pretty cozy and clean. Professors are quite responsible. However, they have a very late timeline with processing grades. I would of move my abroad semester one semester earlier if I learn that beforehand. Location is not in the city center but there is nearby tube that get you to central London within 30 mins. Course load is chill, and not so intense.

Will choose King's college for location and maybe better education.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

London is quite expensive in terms of food. If you are planning to travel, then maybe have a big budget for your semester abroad.
