Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
My study abroad was an internship not school work. Since it was Summer in Spain, we worked from 10 AM - 2 PM. The workload was a tad less than what I have experiences through internships in the United States. There are a lot of cultural differences between the American business man and the Spanish business man. In Spain the work environment was a lot more laid back and relaxed. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
they were always accessible. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
|
* Food: |
The food was very good. they gave you breakfast and dinner with your plan and both helped me save money while in Barcelona. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Everything. Barcelona is the most beautiful and exciting city in the world I believe. The program takes you to all of the biggest attractions so you get to truly experience the city. Since you are working it is actually like you have a real life there and that helps add to the amazing experience that I had. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
I never felt in danger once while I was there. I also broke my hand while abroad and the health care provided covered everything for me and I was treated in the foreign hospitals with great care. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
