Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
|
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
The administration at Blackfriars Hall is incredibly accessible and available. Offices are located right in the hall and administrates often leave doors open so one may just drop in to say 'Hi' or ask a question. Their hard work and dedication went far beyond any expectation I could have had. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
I had my own room in a house of 8 other visiting students. We shared 3 bathrooms, a common room, kitchen, and a garden. There was also a leaning service that came once a week.

Beautiful housing, centrally located. |
* Food: |
Delicious food, served at an all-male Hall in Oxford. A wonderful way to meet other British students. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
You are treated as a normal student at Oxford. The possibilities for fun activities are endless. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
The NHS is very helpful, and free. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
No
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
