What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned an appreciation of other cultures and to have more confidence abroad. Turkish people are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. It was one of the most worthwhile experiences I have ever had.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The academics were pretty tough and interesting but the resources were lacking. None of their online stuff seemed to be able to handle the amount of students they had and a lot of their emails were only in turkish.
