I grew up a lot and learned how to survive on my own. I went to Australia not knowing anyone, not even Bentley students, and was able to make a lot of new friends that I will definitely keep in touch with for the rest of my life!

The classes were not as difficult compared to some courses at Bentley, and the work load was much lighter. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The building I was put in was separate from the other study abroad students and we singles. Although it gave us an opportunity to meet Australian students, I would have preferred to have a roommate and not be in the Health and Wellness building. |

The food at the cafeteria was extremely average and expensive! |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I love Australia! |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
The healthcare was not open on weekends and I had to pay $5 to see a Doctor on top of scheduling an appointment, which was inconvenient considering I needed immediate attention. |

The Gold Coast area is very expensive and I spent a lot more money than expected. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Don't blow your money out in the club at night. there are plenty of drink specials that allow you to not spend too much money. |
