I gained new friends, experiences and memories from my abroad experience and it is completely worth while.

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The class I took was very good. The professor taught a lot in a short time and the content was not too complicated.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

The host country program administrator was amazing! She was so helpful in everything that happened and very attentive to everyones needs.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I was very happy with the living arrangements. I got to live on a floor with all close friends and share a large kitchen.

* Food:

Their was no meal plan so it is up to the individual to cook. It was not hard to do so because a food store is very close and the kitchen is easy to use.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

The night life and daily life in Dublin helps you to understand the local culture well.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Everyone in the program got sick at some point, but there was plenty of medicine around and stores to get health items.

* Safety:

Dublin overall is a very safe city, but in any city you have to be aware of your surroundings.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I was able to live on a student budget well because buying and cooking your own food kept the cost down.

The Networker
An active student leader, it was important for you to network abroad as well. Once overseas, you sought out student clubs, volunteered with local organizations, or attended community events. You encouraged your friends join you, and often considered how you could reflect your international experiences in a resume.
