Exposure to the UK culture mostly occurs during the internship phase of the program. |

I waived health insurance and used my own. Had a medical issue but only recently got reimbursed by my US medical insurance. |

1.5 - I personally did not budget, probably spent more than the average person on food. However London is very expensive, so it may be tough to do $100 a week. |

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Book trips in advance especially for trips during festivals and holidays. Cook and don't eat out. |
