About
The Brandeis Social Impact Semester offers degree-seeking undergraduate students from other universities in the United States the opportunity to study at Brandeis for one or two semesters as a part of their undergraduate career. Join a community nationally recognized for its deep commitment to social justice that combines rigorous academics with real-world impact. Located just outside Boston, Brandeis is a private liberal arts institution with a wide-ranging curriculum from which students can choose any courses as long as there is space available and they meet any published course prerequisites. Outside the classroom, Brandeis connects students with nonprofits, policy organizations, and advocacy groups while providing support for hands-on service projects. A semester at Brandeis gives you the chance to sharpen your skills, expand your network, and leave with tangible experiences that set you apart as a leader in social impact. Choose from three tracks -- Social Justice & Service, Judaic Studies, and General Studies -- that allow students to choose courses from across Brandeis' liberal arts curriculum.
