What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Filled out the gaps in my understanding of Europe's culture and history. Better understood the approach of Spanairds to life. Yes, it was worthwhile.

It wasn't very rigorous but I feel like I will retain what I learned longer because I learned it "in country."

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Little stuff adds up. You might really like one type of snack but if you eat it every day it becomes a lot (as in hundreds) of money after the whole trip.
