It was definitely worthwhile. I wouldn't change it for anything. I learned a lot about myself and who I want to be because of the influences around me. I learned how the church is true no matter where you are and there is need all over the world for people to help, even in developed, wealthy countries. I learned so much about the history, the people, English literature, etc. It was wonderful.

The classes weren't very intense, but there was a lot of reading. The reading wasn't always necessary, but it definitely benefited the following class period and your understanding of the discussions in class. |

The toilets didn't always work and there wasn't always toilet paper, but it was a delightful environment. |

Our cook was incredible. There were only a few things I didn't like, but everything was edible and usually delicious. |

London is expensive, but we did traveling before getting to London which made the program a lot more expensive. I think it would have been more manageable if we were in London the entire time and didn't have to pay for breakfast or dinner most days. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Make a budget beforehand about how much you have available to spend and stick to it. You'll usually be under and will be able to do more things than you think. Just spend wisely. Don't worry so much about the things you buy, but the experiences you have because you'll never have them again. |
