Brigham Young University: Cambridge University Programme
I learned so much, I could not sum it up in one review. It was completely worth it.

Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
Superior academics; I enjoyed every moment of the challenge. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
The PKP people were fantastic. They were always so kind and accommodating. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The housing I stayed in was quite old and quite expensive... |

Great food, I loved that they provided vegetarian and organic options. |

I tripped on the old cobblestones on more than one occasion and was injured two of the times I fell. |

Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
Cambridge is not a cheap place to live in general so I wouldn't blame the programme for this one. |
* Was housing included in your program cost? | Yes |
* Was food included in your program cost? | Yes |
Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | A lot! Very expensive place. |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Be smart with your meal cards and know that you will have tons of money on the CUS card. Practically nobody knew that last summer, so everyone had around 40 pounds in money to spend at CUS in the last week while they had run out of money on their actual dining cards. |

Reasons For Studying Abroad
To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you. |
The Nearly Native or Trail BlazerCraving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.' |
