What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was definitely worthwhile. I learned about different cultures, different people, and I learned a lot about myself as a person. The best way to mature in life, in my opinion, is to be placed in a foreign country where you only know a few people. You learn a lot about the person you want to become and how to better your life. Everyone should have the opportunity to see more of the world.
