What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
IT WAS A 100% WORTHWHILE. LIVING IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, SEEING THEIR CULTURE, MEETING PEOPLE, COMPARING AND CONTRASTING MY VOLUES WOTH THIERS. THE SIGHTS, THE FRIENDSHIP DEVELOPED WITH AND WITHOUT THE GROUP. THE PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER, LEARNING THE METRO SYSTEM, APPRECIATING THE COUNTRY. LOVING THE LANGUAGE MORE

I was very happy finding people from France or that lived in France to further y connections with the culture.

I did not use the insurance in either the USA nor France

* Safety:

The training received plus the safety of Paris were good enough and nothing even close to a bad situation happened

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

It was very easy because i loved fruits and bread and a little something here and there to taste it. It was wonderful to live within my means.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I used what they gave me and split it equally by the days, do not remember exactly. If I spent more on one day I would spend less the next.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? If we want to save, we should stay totally in Paris and avoid all the trips. But that would be boring and not as much fun or instructive.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Try to learn as mach vocabulary as possible. talk to everyone there especially the AFRICANS FOR THE Y ARE MORE TOLERANT OF ANY MISTAKES YOU MAKE
