Yes, extremely. I learned a lot about myself and the French culture.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I loved my housing! I had the best host mom ever! (Nannicq)

Excellent meals.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

It was hard to find natives to speak to because we spent so much time with our groups. I think they should find ways for us to interact with the natives more. I started speaking to people on the metro because I didn't know how else to practice my french with them (besides the host families.)

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I didn't have much experience.

* Safety:

I think Le Vesinet is a very cute, safe little town and I enjoyed living there.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

I found the budget to be easily within my means.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Buy groceries and bring food from your host home so you don't spend as much money in the city.
