France: I know it, I lived it, I love it! Past Review
By A student (French Studies, Brigham Young University) - abroad from 05/04/2013 to 06/15/2013 with
Brigham Young University: Paris - Paris Study Abroad
What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to get around a huge city in a foreign language. Increased my self-confidence. Learned to notice more things. Learned how big the world is and how much I have to learn. Was inspired by art and sculpture. Learned about the wide variety of people in the world, and what might contribute to our similarities and differences. Learned a lot about Paris but also got a feel for province, the other regions. It was most definitely worthwhile!!!
