Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Don't buy every souvenir you see! It's tempting since everything is so cheap, but don't do it!

We were taught Russian twice a week by our Area Coordinator, but the application of using that Russian was a little harder.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? If you really want to practice Russian, consider going to Russian church activities, etc.
