I gained so many friendships! If I could do this program again I would! I am typically a very shy person and this program really helped me learn to open up and I made friends that hopefully I will have forever. Also I really loved the academic part. If you are the academic type I highly recommend this program!

| * Food: | The food was great for the most part! One person can only handle so much rice and beans though! | 
| * Social & Cultural Integration: How integrated did you feel with the local culture? | We mainly focused on sea turtles but we were able to get a pretty good feel of the culture! Especially when we went into town in tortugeuro. | 
| * Health Care: How well were health issues addressed during the program? | We did not have any problems with the health care | 
| * Safety: | The whole time I was in Costa Rica I felt totally safe |
