Everyday I woke up wondering if yesterday was a dream. Past Review

By (Kimball Union Academy) - abroad from 07/14/2018 to 07/30/2018 with

Broadreach: Yucatán - Advanced Scuba

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned many skills involving advanced scuba diving. Particulalry I learned how to drift dive, and cavern dive. Learning both of these will be particularly useful in future dives and trips. I also felt that I furthered my understanding of how much plastic there is in the ocean, and how much of a detrimental effect it has on the ocean. All these things I gained on the trip made it more than worthwhile. This was by far the best trip I've ever been on.

Reasons For Studying Abroad

To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you.
The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
