Of course it was worthwhile. I gave it a 3/5 because it is something I will never forget. It has not changed my cultural awareness in the slightest or changed my academic interests/future plans. I came, I saw, I came back.

It was different than in the U.S. They did not really "teach" the material to us, rather we were supposed to already know the material and in class we would discuss it and explore themes in the reading. I preferred this to the classes at ISU. The grading system was different, the fact that an A was from 100%-70% was strange but I got used to it quickly. I enjoyed the small class sizes as well. |

They were all very organized and helpful if we ever had any questions. I would say that my expectations were met on just about every level. I have no complaints about the experience with the programs administration. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Living at 7 Vernon Place was great. It was very close to the library, food stores, and my classes. I had my own room which I enjoyed very much. I liked most of the people that I lived with. I did not need to buy anything that I could not live without. |

I did not have any dietary restrictions which is good because I am not sure how I would have managed. English food is nothing special, and I was not on the best diet while I was over there, but somehow I stayed fit. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
As far as culture goes, it is different, but not too much compared to America. I did not experience any culture shock or anything of that nature. |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |

I sprained my wrist playing basketball while abroad. I did not go to the hospital or anything but I thought that the sports center would have had access to ice or bandage wraps, yet they never did. |
