This program allowed me to not only participate in classes abroad, but in the working environment of Buenos Aires through the internship. I was able to meet people through a different outlet than just the international school we took classes in. It was worthwhile.

I am a vegetarian who really likes spices in her food, which is basically the opposite of typical Argentine cuisine. Nothing against it, but I did not like most of the foods there. |

It honestly depended on the day. It was difficult to feel like a local. |

Great! I always felt like my health problems were issued if any popped up. |

| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Be deliberate. If you want something to happen, you have to make it happen. For example, if you want to get better in Spanish, you must actively try to speak Spanish and improve yourself. There are always ways you could go around speaking English or avoid cultural immersion as well if you really wanted to (which is not the point of a study abroad usually). |
