Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? While it is true that living in a home-stay can be a very rewarding experience, dinner was usually at an inconvenient time and having me to travel to an outer zone from within the city, which was inconvenient if I had other plans in town. Many times I just ate out, which was quite costly.
