What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to live on my own/independently, ways to balance social life/work/school, adapting to foreign environments/putting myself into unfamiliar situations. I wouldn't have given up this opportunity for the life of me.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • Living in one of the biggest cities in the world
  • Gaining valuable experience at a Marketing Research company
  • Living among and visiting hundreds of historical sites around Europe
* What could be improved?
  • Limit classes to only 2 hours in length
  • Assign roommates with similar interests, attributes, goals while abroad
  • My apartment was located at least an hour away from both my internship and classes
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Where and when I wanted to visit the different countries/cities so that I could book the cheapest flights and hostels. Make sure my bag it light and the right size for foreign airlines, which have different size/weight carry on requirements and big fines
