I learned amazing career experience. It was so cool to be in an abroad environment, and I am looking into the same company for after college!

CAPA was always super helpful whenever we needed it!

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Our housing in Camden was perfect. I loved our apartment and it was such a good location.

* Food:

N/A. But the food in London was amazing.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I felt perfectly at home in London. The locals are so fun and so friendly.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I got sick with food poisoning, and CAPA was so helpful in finding me a doctor.

* Safety:

I always felt safe in London! I never had any issues.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I loved everything about the CAPA program! They were so supportive and class was a lot of fun. I miss it every day.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

London is expensive in general because of the currency. I was able to manage my expenses, but it was pricey.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Maybe $230 a week
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Save as much as you can before you go. When you are there, you will want to do anything and everything and not be held back by prices. Try to plan a budget before. I did, and it really helped.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I had prepared myself a little bit more about how expensive London is, but I had budgeted before which definitely kept my costs down.
