What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how important it is to step outside of your comfort zone. It's amazing how much you learn and how much you grow once you start doing things out of your everyday norm.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Finances were definitely hard to balance. It's important to budget and plan before you go so there aren't any surprises once you're overseas.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • I liked how easy it made traveling to other countries and meeting new people.
* What could be improved?
  • I wish this program was cheaper so more people could experience it.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? ALWAYS stay in hostels when traveling. It's the best way to meet people, I've even kept in contact with some people I met from staying in hostels.
