What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Studying abroad was one of the most enriching, fulfilling and uplifting experiences of my life. Not only did I learn so much myself but I also learned more about the world I live in, it made the world smaller. I learned that not only does the world not start in the US, it also doesn't end in the US. As an aspiring Ob/Gyn, this experience helped me in cultivating the skills to relate professionally to people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. It served as a network of contacts for friendship and intellectual cross-fertilization of ideas. So if anyone out there is thinking about studying abroad, please DO it, DO it, Do it!!! You'll NOT regret it. Don't think about the money, no amount of money compare to the experience, you will come back a changed person!!! Thanks to the CAPA International Education. You guys were AWESOME:)! I will definitely Do it again if I had the opportunity!
