What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Definitely worthwhile. This experience has made me more adventurous and independent. It's also given me an appreciation for different ways of living.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? It's important to have access to a kitchen so that you don't have to eat out every meal. BUDGET for taxi/uber rides, because the metro closes early.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I would have known how difficult it would be to meet locals, and also that I would not be able to practice my french as much not living with French-speakers.
