By A student (Business Management, Providence College) - abroad from 01/12/2016 to 04/30/2016 with
CEA CAPA Education Abroad: Rome, Italy
I gained a better sense of cultural awareness of how Romans and Italians live but also of how other European cultures live through my travels during the semester.

A Look Back
* What did you like most about the program? |
|
* What could be improved? |
|
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | You should really try to immerse yourself in the culture around you. You do not want to just speak English and go to English speaking places. Try to get out of your comfort zone and speak a little Italian to the waiters in restaurants or at panini/gelato places. They will appreciate that you are trying your best. |
