Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I found a cheap restaurant nearby to eat at. While I could have bought grocery and cooked my own meals, I wanted the full experience of local food, which does cost more.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? The cost of living in Sydney is comparable to Manhattan, which I did not know or budget for before leaving on the program.
