I learned how to be completely independent, and be able to broaden my horizons and live in a completely different place. Was it worthwhile? Absolutely.

I didn't have any personal experience with the Health Care, but observing friends that did, it seemed pretty reliable, and was covered under our program insurance. |

Australia is an expensive country, but for perspective, their minimum wage is upwards of $17. |

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | A little over 3 months might seem like an extended stay, but I wish I could have went for 6 months instead. Also, to plan when I wanted to do things in Sydney sooner, there are still a couple of things I didn't get to check off due to time restraint. Guess I'll have to go back! |
