Tecwyn was my study abroad host country program director and had a major effect on my time in Wales. He was always available, always helpful and even extremely understanding in personal matters. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
My flatmates were an amazing addition to my time in Wales. The housing arrangements meant that I lived with local students from England and Wales as well as international students from China. This led to learning so much more about other cultures, as well as making life long friends. Furthermore, my flat was located on a site only ten minutes walk from the main university building. |

I always felt safe in Bangor and while traveling, both with my program for field trips and with friends for vacation. I visited a clinic near my accommodation site twice, once for a topical skin issue and once due to sickness. Both times I received free care and free prescriptions. While the care was not as sophisticated and the medicine not as helpful as what I am used to at home, it worked well enough, especially for not costing anything. |
