A Holistic Introduction to Culinary Arts
Step into the heart of a bustling hotel kitchen and discover the art and science of culinary excellence. This hands-on internship allows participants to work alongside a talented culinary team, including the Head Chef and restaurant manager, to gain a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations and restaurant management.

Cerca Abroad offers each year scholarships to in-person program participants. The scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence or financial hardship. The application deadline is the 31st of January 2026 and all successful recipients of the award will be notified by the end of February.
