Cerca Abroad: Netherlands - Agriculture & ICT Remote Internship

This is a remote internship program that can be completed from the comfort of your home.  Interns will have the opportunity to invest in a career in farming/agriculture research.  This internship will give real-world experience in the contemporary techniques that are used in Precision Agriculture such as Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and landscape analysis, and spatial analysis of agricultural landscapes.  After an initial literature review the intern will focus on analyzing satellite & drone data (drought stress and heat stress pattern classification) to improve farming techniques.  The work will contribute to the understanding of the climate change effects on drought and optimizing & managing water resources.  Our agriculture & ICT remote internship program offers agricultural/environmental graduates & students the opportunity to gain top quality experience interning in this emerging field.  With valuable experience, you’ll develop your skills and understanding of using state-of-the-art tools and techniques.
